Accounts, payouts, & bonuses of betonred.ng operated by DXG HOSPITALITY LIMITED.

1.  Accounts

1.1.   In order for you to be able to place wagers using any of the Websites, you must first register with betonred.ng and open an account.

1.2.   You are allowed to have only one (1) account. Only one account for each household, IP, and PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting support at support@betonred.ng. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your account being blocked for access.

1.3.   You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form, including a valid e-mail address; if you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct.

1.4.   As part of the registration process you will have to choose your username and password for your login into the Website. It is your exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. Casino is not responsible for any abuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

1.5.   For transaction security, we use SSL encryption. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.

1.6.   Kindly note that withdrawals have to be made to the same method that you deposited with.

1.7.   All information that you provide to BetOnRed during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and you shall immediately notify BetOnRed of any change of such information.

1.8.   You are not allowed to transfer funds from your account to other players or to receive funds from other players into your account, or to transfer, sell and/or acquire, user accounts.

1.9.   Some circumstances may arise where a wager is confirmed, or a payment is performed, by us in error. In all these cases Casino reserves the right to cancel all the wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-settling all the wagers at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.

1.10.  Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to BetOnRed. Should the user fail to fulfil the obligations stated in this clause, the Company has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the user.

1.11.   BetOnRed reserves the right to retain payments if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. BetOnRed reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.

2.   Payouts

2.1.   The minimum amount for withdrawal is 25,000 NGN or equivalent unless specified otherwise. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments.

2.2.  If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we become aware of the error, the incorrectly paid amount will, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately via email.

2.3.  You acknowledge that the funds are consumed instantly and the Casino does not provide refunds or cancellations. betonred.ng reserves the right to payout substantial wins in monthly installments.

2.4.  We reserve the right to carry out verification procedures for each client at first withdrawal.Such verifications may include copies of a player’s passport, national identity card, copies of a player’s utility bills, and/or copies of the debit/credit cards used to deposit.

2.5.   It is the responsibility of the Player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.

2.6.   To make a withdrawal, a player must play through their active deposited amounts at least 3 times before the withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti-money laundering practices. The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player’s residence.

2.7.   The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa, and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Please note that, even for supported countries, the Website is not able to guarantee successful credit card payment processing in all cases, since banks issuing credit cards may block or reject such transactions at their own discretion.

2.8.   In the unlikely event of a player depositing cryptocurrency funds to another cryptocurrency network address, such as, but not limited to, sending BTC to a BCH address, the Casino will not attempt to recover the amount unless it exceeds €5000. In such cases, a fee of 0.1 BTC will be charged to recover the lost funds to cover expenses to pursue the recovery. However, the recovery of the funds cannot be guaranteed.

2.9.   The internal operating currency of the Website is Euro. Due to this fact, in case you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card may be insignificantly higher than displayed at the time of transaction due to currency conversions on the side of your bank and/or the Casino's payment processing system.

2.10.  Withdrawal processing times can take up to 24 hours. Once a withdrawal has been processed successfully and released, a time period will apply depending on the payment method being used.

2.11.   You acknowledge that withdrawals via Bank Transfers can, in exceptional cases, be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the Casino.

2.12.   The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 1,250,000 NGN per day, 3,750,000 NGN per week, and 7,500,000 NGN per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

2.13.   If you win more than 7,500,000 NGN, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of a maximum of 7,500,000 NGN until the full amount is paid out.

2.14.   We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (Know Your Client) when effecting deposits into your account. This could include, but is not limited to, a selfie with a document or form of identification. In order to verify the player’s account, Casino management requires documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. 2.16.   You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can, in exceptional cases, be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the Casino and are limited to the equivalent of 8,000 NGN.

2.17.   We are not a financial institution and should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.

3. Bonuses

3.1.   All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person and their family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), or one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

3.2.   All players can take advantage of the bonuses, except for those cases when the bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of these countries.

3.3.   The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse, the Casino has the right to prohibit the player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.

3.5.   All the bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, a limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, a limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, and time limitation of bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.

3.6.   For slot games, any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: 2,500 NGN, unless otherwise specified. 3.7.   The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of all wagering rules.

3.8.   All bonuses, unless otherwise specified, need to be wagered 40 times before the funds can be withdrawn.

3.9.   All the bonuses are sticky. This means that you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus is also lost.

3.10.  The validity of the bonus is 14 days from the moment it was received, unless otherwise indicated.

3.22.   The Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

3.23.   The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.

3.24.   The use of bonus funds, purely to progress through the bonus stages, is prohibited. For example, when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (for example, collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature), and then final stages (for example, playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost, or wagering has been met and converted to cash.

3.25.   All bonuses are accrued at CET time.

3.26.   If a player is in a cooling-off period at the time of winning, no prize will be awarded.

3.27. The maximum winnings resulting from any no-deposit offer are capped at 50,000 NGN or an equal amount of the respective currency if not stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, the winnings from no-deposit bonuses, no-deposit free spins, and cash rewards.

3.28. Winnings from the bonus are restricted to a maximum of x10 the bonus amount.

4. Welcome package

4.2.   To get the first/second/third deposit bonuses, your deposit needs to be at least 1,500 NGN.
