The following terms and conditions will enter into force on 11/05/2023. Before you start the bet, please read the Terms and Conditions section carefully. When you start using the site, you automatically confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Current Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Nigeria.

SECTION 1. GENERAL

  • betonred.ng  is owned and operated by DXG Hospitality Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Nigeria,  with registration number 1928714 and registered address at 5A , MODUPE ODUNLAMI STREET, ONIRU-LEKKI , LAGOS STATE, NIGERIA. betonred.ng is licensed and regulated by Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board (license 045GB/CSB/232711, 045GB/SPB/2309). Remember that gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly. betonred.ng only accepts customers over 18 years of age.   • It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction for online gambling.

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company. Players must read these Terms and Conditions entirely before registering an account. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions you must not use or continue to use the Website.
  • You can opt-out from receiving offers via emails from the Company. However, we still reserve the right to send you important information regarding your account, despite you being opted out from regular email send-outs.


SECTION 2. AVAILABILITY OF BETS

  • Please bear in mind some bets may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, as required by the policies of betting providers, which may change from time to time.
  • Using VPN to bypass a provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.

SECTION 4. WHO CAN PLAY

  • The Company accepts players only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is allowed by law. It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing gambling laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction before placing bets on the website.
  • The Company accepts strictly adult players (the minimum age is 18) and players who have reached the age specified by the jurisdiction of the player’s place of residence as eligible for online gaming. It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction regarding age limitations for online gambling.
  • It is entirely and solely your responsibility to enquire and ensure that you do not breach laws applicable to you by participating in the betting. Depositing real funds and playing for real money is subject to the laws of your country, and it is your sole responsibility to abide by your native regulations.
  • The Company reserves the right to ask for proof of age from the player and limit access to the Website or suspend the account to those players who fail to meet this requirement.

SECTION 5. USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT

  • For you to be able to place wagers using any of the Websites, you must first register on the website and open an account.
  • You are allowed to have only one (1) account. Only one account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also, any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting the support by email. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your account being blocked for access.
  • You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form, including a valid e-mail address; if you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete, and correct.
  • As part of the registration process, you will have to choose your username and password for your login into the Website. It is your exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. The Company is not responsible for any abuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
  • For transaction security, we use SSL encryption. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.
  • Kindly note that withdrawals have to be made to the same method that you deposited with. If you for example deposited a Credit Card, the winnings from that deposit have to be sent back via Credit Card.
  • All information that you provide to betonred.ng during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and you shall immediately notify betonred.ng of any change of such information.
  • You are not allowed to transfer funds from your account to other players or to receive funds from other players into your account, or to transfer, sell and/or acquire user accounts.
  • Some circumstances may arise where a wager is confirmed, or a payment is performed, by us in error. In all these cases the Company reserves the right to cancel all the wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-settling all the wagers at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.
  • Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to betonred.ng Should the user fail to fulfill the obligations stated in this clause, the Company has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the user.
  • Betonred.ng reserves the right to retain payments if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated the system or attempted to do so. Betonred.ng reserves the right to terminate and/or change any bets or events being offered on the Website.


SECTION 6. DEPOSITING

  • You may only participate in sport betting if you have sufficient funds on account for such participation.
  • Please note that the minimal amount of deposit is 1500 NGN (Nigerian Naira). The maximum stake is determined by the bookmaker for each selection separately.
  • We can, under certain circumstances, credit a player’s account with a personal “bonus”. The conditions for the crediting of the bonus and the amount of the bonus are determined by the Company and set out on the website from time to time. If an account contains both the real funds and bonus funds, the bonus funds will only be available for wagering once the existing real funds have been used. Before fulfilling the bonus turnover conditions if you transfer or withdraw the main deposit amount, bonus funds and all winnings from this bonus will be forfeited.
  • Kindly note that bonuses come with specific bonus terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms and Conditions"). These can be found on the Website.
  • Betonred.ng is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interest.
  • Deposited amounts are available on the account within a reasonable amount of time after the confirmation of the deposit. Before a withdrawal can be made, all previous deposits need to be confirmed.
  • The Company is not an exchange and therefore does not execute any conversion between any currencies.
  • The Company does not accepted third party payments. Deposits can only be made from a bank account, bank card, e-wallet, or other payment method registered in your own name. If it is determined during security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company does not claim responsibility for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts. The Company reserves the right to make a phone call to the number provided in the player's account, which, at the Company's own discretion, can form a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Until the player's account is fully verified, no cashouts will be processed. In case the provided phone number is incorrect, missing, or false, or the player does not answer the phone call, the Company reserves the right to confiscate any winnings and/or disable the player's account. The Company will make reasonable efforts to try and contact the player regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if the player is unreachable (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks, the funds will be retained by the Company, as this will constitute a failure to pass the KYC procedure.
  • Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to complete this transaction.
  • Cardholders’ responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in his or their country of domicile.
  • Participation of minors in offered on this website activities is prohibited.


SECTION 7. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

  • The minimal amount for withdrawal is 1.500 NGN (Nigerian Naira). The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments.
  • If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we become aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
  • You acknowledge that the funds are consumed instantly and the Company does not provide for refunds or cancellation. Betonred.ng reserves the right to payout substantial wins in monthly installments.
  • We reserve the right to carry out verification procedures for each client at first withdrawal. Such verifications may for example include copies of a player’s passport, national Identity Card, copies of a player’s utility bills, and/or copies of the debit/credit cards used to deposit.
  • It's the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.
  • To make a withdrawal, all players are required to play through active deposited amounts at least 3 times before the withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti-money laundering practices. The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of said player’s residence.
  • The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Please note that even for supported countries the Website is not able to guarantee successful credit card payment processing in all cases, since banks issuing credit cards may block or reject such transactions at their own discretion.
  • The internal operating currency of the Website is Nigerian Naira. Due to this fact, in case you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card may be insignificantly higher than displayed at the time of transaction due to currency conversions on the side of your bank and/or the Company's payment processing system.
  • All Bank Transfer payouts are processed within five (5) banking days. Please mind that you will not be able to request a Bank Transfer for USD payouts.
  • You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the Company.
  • The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 1,200,000.00 Nigerian Naira per day, 6,000.000.00 Nigerian Naira per week, and 12,000.000.00 Nigerian Naira per month unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Company’s sole discretion.
  • If you win more than 6,300.000.00 Nigerian Naira the Company reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of 6,300.000.00 Nigerian Naira until the full amount is paid out.
  • We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (Know Your Client) when effecting deposits into your account. This could include (but is not limited to) a selfie with a document or form of identification. To verify a player`s account management requires documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. In case the player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in the above-mentioned alphabet, the Company reserves the right to demand video verification where the player shows his/her documents.
  • We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your account, which at our discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Until the account is fully verified, no cashouts will be processed.
  • You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the Company.
  • We are not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.


SECTION 8. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

  • Upon requesting a self-exclusion, the Company will immediately close that account and prevent the player from playing on that particular account. We will make reasonable efforts to try to prevent the opening of new accounts but it's the player's sole responsibility to make sure no other accounts are created. The Company cannot be held accountable for potential losses on other accounts.
  • As a player, you have the opportunity to put a loss limit on your account (among other limits).


SECTION 9. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

  • An inactive (dormant) account is an account that a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. If your account is deemed to be inactive, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your account, if less) as long as the balance of your account remains positive.
  • You authorize the Company to debit this fee from your account on the beginning of the month following the day on which your account is deemed inactive, and on the beginning of every subsequent month that your account remains inactive. The Company will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.
  • All costs that may occur upon refund procedure are on the player.


SECTION 10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES

  • You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from betonred.ng
  • You understand that by participating in the Bets you take the risk of losing funds deposited into your account.
  • Betonred.ng does not acknowledge or accept any liability for damage and/or losses to a player and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to any:
  • mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, fault in reading, transaction error, technical failure, technical hazard, registration error, manifest error, cancellation of a game for any reason;
  • Force Majeure;
  • violation of the Sport Betting Terms by the player or third party;
  • collusion and/or criminal actions by the player or third party;
  • advice or recommendations provided by betonred.ng or third party via the Services or Website; o financial market fluctuations, including but not limited to variances in exchange rates.


Betonred.ng shall under no circumstances whatever be liable to the player, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with a player's use of the services or betonred.ng’s failure to comply with the Sport Betting’s Terms and Conditions that is not reasonably foreseeable to both betonred.ng and the player at the time of entering the Terms and Conditions.

  • Company’s total liability to a player in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with any wager or bet placed by the player whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall (to the fullest extent permissible by law) in no circumstances exceed the amount of the relevant wager or bet placed by the player that gave rise to the claim.


SECTION 11. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

  • The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to: participating in any type of collusion with other players fraudulent actions against other online sport betting or payment providers chargeback transactions with a credit card, or denial of some payments made creating two or more accounts other types of cheating or becomes bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. The Company also reserves the right to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player. delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements, leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed, playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play, using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
  • Should the Company become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with the sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at securing cash out of said bonus or at any way try to take advantage of bonuses received by Company, then We will enforce immediate confiscation of winnings and closure of the account with the right to withhold any further withdrawals. An example of advantage play would be delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game, the Company reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
  • Betonred.ng prohibits player collusion and does not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in gameplay.
  • The Company reserves the right to close your account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Company’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.


SECTION 12. REFUND POLICY

  3. photos of both sides of your passport, driver's license, or any other form of ID, proof of address (proof of address would need to be a photo of a paper document posted to you in the last 90 days, it could be e.g. a government-issued document, a bank document, a bill, or similar.
  4. Alternatively, you can upload the original PDF of a utility bill), bank statement (showing your name and account number if you haven’t uploaded it as a proof of address)" 
  5. The Company does not accept third party payments. Deposits can only be made from a bank account, bank card, e-wallet, or other payment method registered in your own name. If it is determined during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company does not accept responsibility for any lost funds deposited from third party accounts.
  6. It may take up to 7 business days for a refund to be decided.
  7. If a refund is decided upon, the amount of the refund shall be returned to the Player’s account, the Player shall be informed and the procedure shall be finalized within 48 hours after the decision has been made.
  8. If you have funded your account with a Credit Card we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against the purchases you have made. If your withdrawals exceed the total amount deposited, any excess amount will be paid to you via one of our alternative methods available.
  9. Before a refund is processed all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted before calculating the amount to be refunded.
  10. In case any Credit Card purchases are considered to carry an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons either by our Payment processors or by the Company, we will initiate refunds for all such transactions back to the Credit Card, and notify all the appropriate authorities and parties.


SECTION 13. COMPLAINTS

  • You are free to contact our customer service team according to the instructions found on the Website to give us any complaints regarding our services.
  • Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organization of the Company in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.
  • If the dispute is not resolved on the sport betting management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.
  • In the event of any dispute, you agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining any claim. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server, the result that was logged on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.
  • When we wish to contact you regarding such a dispute, we will do so by using any of the contact details provided in your account.


SECTION 14. PENALTIES AND TERMINATION

  • If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or betonred.ng has a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, the Company reserves the right not to open, suspend, close your account, withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds on account of any damages due by you.
  • You acknowledge that We shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the rules, terms, or conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in our site.




SECTION 15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The design of the Website and the Services, all software contained within the Website and Services, and Content are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights and laws belonging to betonred.ng and/or its licensors.
  • A user may only view, download and store on any compatible device, print out, use, quote from and cite the Content for its own personal, non-commercial use and on the condition that it give appropriate acknowledgment to betonred.ng where appropriate.
  • Betonred.ng expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in and to Services and Content and user may not use the Services or any Content for any purpose other than those set out above.
  • In particular, a user may not under any circumstances:
  • remove the copyright or trademark notice or other proprietary notice contained in the Content and/or from any copies of Content made under these Terms of Use;
  • use any Content in any manner that may infringe any of Company’s rights or the rights of a third party;
  • use the Content in any way that might be illegal or breach the betonred.ng T&C;
  • use, reproduce, modify, edit, mix or remix, apply any voiceover or commentary, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast, frame, communicate to the public or circulate to any third party or exploit the Services and/or the Content in any way for your commercial gain. 'Commercial gain' may include any activity attracting any advertising revenue or subscription payments on the distribution of or access to Company’s content, or by reducing the need for any third party to subscribe to
  • copy, publish, republish or redistribute, communicate or disseminate to third parties Content or any information obtained or derived therefrom in any way; or
  • archive or store any Content for access by anyone other than a user.
